No, MA'AM Mentality courses and materials are not intended for therapy purposes. While our content focuses on mental health, self-awareness, and personal development, it is designed for educational and coaching purposes only. We do not provide licensed therapy or counseling services. If you are in need of professional mental health support, we recommend seeking help from a licensed therapist or counselor.
Coaching and therapy serve different purposes and focus on distinct aspects of personal development. Therapy primarily addresses mental health concerns, emotional healing, and resolving past traumas. It often focuses on diagnosing and treating psychological issues to help individuals improve their emotional and mental well-being. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused and designed to help individuals set and achieve specific goals, overcome obstacles, and enhance their personal or professional lives without addressing clinical mental health concerns.
No. Once you set up coaching services with MA'AM Mentality, you cannot also become a therapy client. However, you can take an online course with MA'AM Mentality (without coaching services) and still become a therapy client through JEMMA Therapy. This ensures that both coaching and therapy services remain ethical and focused on your specific needs.
